Definitely a good one for those who don't do a lot of cooking.
I decided to make chili for dinner at the last minute so I needed something quick and good (my family are not big chili folks). I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and black beans instead of chili beans.
This was a big hit. It is not soupy. The green chilies gave it a little bit of a punch but just enough to add flavor. I have a little one that doesn't like spicy foods but he was OK with it. I did add a teaspoon of brown sugar and that really enhanced the flavor.
