Ingredients

  • 4 frozen Banquet® Chicken Breast Patties
  • 8 ounces dry pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, drained, divided
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions

  1. Bake chicken in preheated oven according to package directions. Meanwhile, prepare pasta in large saucepan according to package directions.
  2. Top each patty with 1/3 cup of the tomatoes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until hot and cheese melts.
  3. Drain pasta; return to saucepan. Add the remaining tomatoes; toss to combine. Place pasta mixture on large platter; top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

I think this one is better with a bi more cheese, use the Italian cheese blend and it rocks!!!
