1/3 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons garam masala
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup unsalted butter, divided
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (28 oz each) Hunt's® Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
9 dry no-boil flat lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir together yogurt, garlic, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Stir in chicken; set aside.
Add oil and 4 tablespoons butter to large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat to melt the butter. Add onion to pan and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken mixture and cook until spices are fragrant, about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in tomatoes, cream, and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
While red sauce is simmering, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and keep cooking until flour smell is gone, about 3 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk and simmer until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 cup mozzarella.
Spread 2 cups red sauce in bottom of baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles and about one third of the white sauce. Repeat the layers twice. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Spay underside of aluminum foil with cooking spray and cover pan tightly. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until cheese is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and another sprinkle of garam masala, if desired. Slice and serve your chicken tikka masala lasagna.
