Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (28 oz each) Hunt's® Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green onions (1 cup = about 1 bunch)
- 1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

I made this and served it for a footbal game in place of the pre-prepared barand I usually served. It was much better and my guests commented that they thought is was very good.
