OK - have not made this yet as I have a question....does the noodle "crust" get hard? Especially the portion a the top that is not covered by sauce. Sorry to only give it a 3 star rate but it wouldn't let me comment w/o a rating...

Most seasoned cooks know as with most recipes you season to taste.

Looks great....BUT half the fat is saturated and over 900 milgms of salt plus 38 grams of carbs (and not the best kind of carbs, either) ---- per serving! Yipes

Wow Gina can't someone comment without you jumping all over them---calling her a moron. Maybe Janet meant it would be too much for just her and her husband or more trouble, but she would go to that trouble for company. Gee, lighten up.

Where is the seasoning? This sounds very bland to me. Tomato sauce, ground beef and cheese?

Janet is ignorant beyond belief. I do not care if she makes this for 'hubby and I' or company...she gives it 3 stars because she will make it for company? Morons should be banned from posting. This recipe is great because now I know how to get that shell with the noodle. This is 5 stars because it was informative and delicious...not because 'I won't make this for hubby and I.'
