Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1-1/4 cups chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup pitted Greek kalamata olives, halved
- 5 teaspoons drained capers
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Serving Size: 4 cups, 6 servings (about 2/3 cup each)
Directions
- Cook bacon in large saucepan over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Stir in olives, capers and anchovies. Add undrained tomatoes, black pepper, salt and red pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in basil.
