Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper, Celery and Onion, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped jicama
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
