We were growing bored with plain old chili and were looking for an easy one dish meal. This meal is the best of both words. Perfect for cold day and this dish is so easy and filling (especially if you use whole grain elbows). Will definitely make again!

This is one of my favorite recipes. True comfort food. I topped it with a little cheddar cheese and hot sauce. So yummy!

Overall good dish, can't go wrong with chili. I typically add an extra can of beans and corn for a little color.
