Good recipe, I would modify by adding diced green pepper and onion while browning the meat. No mixed vegetables, just add can of corn. Spoon over mashed potatoes...heaven!!

My family thought the meal as a skillet dish was lacking something. The next day I added Tomato Bisque soup and a little water to the left overs and made soup served with the cheese on top. They loved it!

Liked this recipe but would add some onion powder and sharp cheddar for a little more flavor.

we make this @ every two weeks and we call it Goulash, we also fix our pasta separate and to the bowl how much we want and bag left over. And if there's any goulash left the pasta doesn't get soggy setting in it or when you reheat it. ( you know what I mean )Its been a regular for years and we still love it. Oh yes we double the recipe and add crushed red pepper
