10 Reviews for One-Skillet Italian Sausage Pasta

I added some chopped onion, chopped fresh mushrooms to the sausage, and some minced garlic. I added some oregano & basil (both dried) to the sauce. I cooked the pasta on the side. The sauce is thin, but has excellent flavor (attributed also to the Hot Sausage I used). The sauce absorbes into the pasta, and is an excellent, quick, meal. And to think the reason I came upon it was to find a way to use up the Hunts Tomato Sauce cans in my pantry. I'll be making this again soon. Hunts.com is a really good website. Thanks!

What's not to love, easy and delicious. I had a bag of precooked sausage crumbles I normally use for pizza, so I just put every thing into the skillet and cooked it. I hate washing the pasta pot. Thanks for the great recipe.

I double the recipe (to feed a big family) and it was a huge hit. We complimented it with garlic knots and salad. We will definitely be making this again.

Loved this recipe! I used sweet Italian sausage. Since I only had regular diced tomatoes, I added 1tsp. Italian herbs and 1/2tsp. Crushed red pepper. The red pepper gives it a bit of zip for those who like a spicier version ( i.e. my hubby ). I've made this recipe twice in the past month :) Thanks for sharing!
