  • 1 pound fresh cod or whitefish fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine tomato sauce and pico de gallo in small bowl.
  3. Divide fish fillets on 4 individual sheets of foil; top with tomato mixture. Seal foil to form packets.
  4. Bake on cookie sheet 20 minutes.
