- 1/2 cup chunky tomato pico de gallo or salsa
- 1 pound fresh cod or whitefish fillets

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine tomato sauce and pico de gallo in small bowl.
- Divide fish fillets on 4 individual sheets of foil; top with tomato mixture. Seal foil to form packets.
