Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Serving Size: 16 servings (2 tablespoons each)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except lemon juice, in small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Place in glass container; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Cook's Tip
Use relish as a topping for anything you desire: hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, eggs, steak, chicken, sausage, etc.
