2 pounds assorted tomatoes (red, yellow, orange), cut in half
1 large jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise
5 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Tortilla chips, optional

Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat.
Grill tomatoes and jalapeno, cut sides down until skin is slightly blackened, about 5 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from grill; cool. Chop and toss with green onions, cilantro, garlic salt and cumin in medium bowl.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
Add your own special ingredients like chopped red onion, black beans and/or grilled corn kernels.
