1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 teaspoons Hunt's® Tomato Paste
2 teaspoons confectioners erythritol sweetener
1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
PAM® Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound ground chuck beef (80% lean)
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
8 Vlasic® Snack’mms® Mini Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion

Pour mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste, erythritol, pickle juice and onion powder into medium bowl; whisk until smooth.
Spray 12-inch skillet with coconut oil spray and heat over medium heat. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy, 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel-lined plate.
Season ground beef with seasoned salt. Divide and shape meat evenly into 8 small patties. Cook patties in skillet with bacon drippings until browned on each side and no longer pink (160°F). Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
Place chopped romaine in the bottom of serving bowls. Top with cherry tomatoes, chopped pickles, red onion, bacon and beef patties. Drizzle keto-friendly 'burger in a bowl' with sauce and serve.
