1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups Dolly Parton's Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1-1/4 cups water
1/2 cup solid-pack pumpkin
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

WHIPPED BUTTER:
Place butter in medium bowl, pour in milk, and beat with an electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Add honey, sugar, cinnamon, and salt and beat until blended.
WAFFLES:
Whisk together pancake mix, water, pumpkin, oil, and egg in large bowl until blended.
